Assistance

DE Fastlink subscribers could be eligible for assistance from two federal programs, the Affordable Connectivity Program and the Lifeline program.

Affordable Connectivity Program

2024 Update: The ACP Program is no longer accepting new applicants and is scheduled to end in April 2024. Please visit their website for more information.

DE Fastlink subscribers can now apply for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). The ACP reduces subscribers’ bills for broadband Internet access service and certain related equipment charges. The benefit is non-transferable, is limited to one discount per household, and is temporary in nature. If a subscriber chooses to continue to receive DE Fastlink broadband service if the ACP program ends, the subscriber will be subject to DE Fastlink undiscounted rates and general terms and conditions.

If you have any questions about the ACP program, please email admin@defastlink.net for assistance.

If you are approved for the program, you must email your application approval ID to admin@defastlink.net. After you email us, one of our staff will contact you to set up an appointment to sign documents.

By clicking on the ACP link below, I am acknowledging that I have read the disclosure above about the Affordable Connectivity Program.

Lifeline

DE Fastlink subscribers may be eligible for assistance through a federal program, Lifeline. We will have more information for you soon and, in the meantime, you can visit the Lifeline page for more information and to apply.
